After a whirlwind of holiday events, January brings dino-mite fun. Dinosaurs start the month off at Jurassic Quest. The Lion King roars into Sacramento Broadway, and Monster Jam flips into the Golden 1 Center.

If your kids love princesses, there’s a princess party at the Historic Folsom ice rink, and a free Royal Storytime with the UC Davis Princess Pals at the Yolo County Library in Davis.

MLK Day will also be celebrated this month with the 44th Annual March for the Dream at Sacramento State, and all are welcome to participate.
