    The Citrus Heights Community Marching Band's Annual Howl-O-Ween Parade & Harvest Festival takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Rusch Community Park. The parade begins at 9am at Grand Oak Elementary School. The Harvest Festival will follow at 10am and include a car show, trunk-or-treat, performances, vendors, music, and more.
