  • 2025 Native American Heritage Month Parade

    California State Capitol 10th Street and N Street, Sacramento, CA

    The 2nd Annual Native American Heritage Month Parade will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The parade will begin at 10am at Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento. Expect parade floats, horses, cultural performers, and more. After the parade,  there will be a cultural celebration and free food at the Capitol West Steps.

  • California’s 175th Birthday Block Party

    California State Capitol 10th Street and N Street, Sacramento, CA

    Celebrate the 175th birthday of California's Statehood at a free family-friendly block party on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The block party will take place at the California State Capitol in Sacramento. There will be activities for kids, food trucks, music, and a birthday cake.  A laser display will occur 30 minutes after sunset.
