“You Can Do It” Days

Join the Sacramento History Museum for their final days of their Sacramento in a Can exhibit. “You Can Do It” Days will occur over Labor Day Weekend from August 30 – September 1, 2025. Families can participate in various activities from designing a can label to a selfie with Sacratomato.

Get a passport during the event and participate in the following activities:

• Design a can label for your favorite food
• Plant a canning vegetable to take home to your garden
• Create a felt tomato keychain
• Color a print from the museum’s historic press
• Take selfies with Sacratomato and other canned veggie characters

This event will take place each day from 10am to 2pm and is included with regular museum admission.
