Safetyville Bike Rodeos

Kids can take to the miniature Sacramento streets of Safetyville USA to ride their bikes and learn about bike safety at Safetyville Bike Rodeos. While this is a free event, pre-registration is required.

Children of all ages can bring their bikes or scooters to ride around in a safe, open environment. Helmets are required for all Bike Rodeo participants. All riders must wear helmets. The event includes helmet fittings, family-friendly activities, and safety demonstrations.

Safetyville Bike Rodeos will take place on the following dates in 2026:

• Saturday, March 28
• Saturday, April 18
• Saturday, May 16

Safetyville Bike Rodeos are free, though donations are welcome.

Safetyville will also provide helmets to kids who might need one. Loaner bikes are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
