Kids can learn about the science of bubbles through an interactive free program with local author, Jazmine Williams on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Southgate Library. A storytime will occur followed by a bubble making activity where kids will get to take home their own bubble solution.
Join EcoPress for a Sacramento Community Clean Up event at the Southgate Library on Saturday, February 28, 2026. Volunteers are welcome to stay for as little or as long as they like during the 3-hour free event. All supplies will be provided as a community clean-up occurs around the Southgate Library.
The STEAM for Kids free program at the Southgate Library on February, 21, 2026 will be Lunar New Year-themed. Kids can create projects related to Lunar New Year. This program is recommended for ages 6-12.
