With nice weather ahead, there will be Pop Up Open Play at Safetyville USA on February 3 & 5, 2026. Kids can bike the Safetyville streets to learn safe riding skills while enjoying the sunshine. Bring your own bike helmets. Pre-registration is not required and tickets will be sold at the gate.
Bring a canned food or pantry item donation to support local Sacramento area families to receive free open play at Safetyville USA on December 9 & 10, 2025. These two hour events will also include complimentary hot cocoa and cookies.
Kids can safely trick-or-treat in the miniature city of Safetyville on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Trick-or-treat stations will be set up throughout the mini city. While Safetyville USA is typically known for biking, there will be no bikes or scooters allowed at this event.
The biggest Nerf war in Sacramento will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Safetyville USA. The battle will be put on by Mobile Foam Fights.
Safetyville USA will have a free back to school & bike rodeo event on Thursday, August 28, 2025. The event will provide shoe tying clinics, helmet fittings, bike tune-ups, a DIY bike decorating station, and bike safety education.
Safetyville USA will have open play and water safety education on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Kids can bike around Safetyville USA while visiting stations about safe practices when being around water sources like pools or open water. There will be hands-on activities for kids.
Safetyville USA will have a free Family Day on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Resources and information will be available to Sacramento families.
Safetyville USA will have a Pancake Palooza on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Breakfast will be served, and bikes will be ridden safely with helmets.
