The California Automobile Museum premieres their newest exhibit about Route 66 on Saturday, January 31, 2026. To celebrate the newest exhibit, there will be kids' activities, music, and food from a local vendor from 11am to 3pm. Event is included with regular museum admission.

A trunk-or-treat will take place at the California Automobile Museum on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Kids will get to trick-or-treat inside the museum while checking out classic cars. There will be a haunted house for older children. Kids 5 and under are free.
Celebrate 4th of July in Sacramento at the California Automobile Museum. The day will include a Red, White, and Blue mini car show with various automobiles, activities for kids, museum exploration, and food will be available to purchase.
