Rock out at Rhythm On The River in West Sacramento! This free family-friendly summer concert series takes place at Drakes: The Barn on the last Thursday of the month from May through August. Each month is a different genre of music. There will be a Family Fun Zone with free children's activities.
Enjoy a festive evening of Christmas in July Family Bingo Night on Friday, July 24, 2026 at the Swanston Community Center. Families can play bingo together to win prizes. $5 per family or $1 per person. Food will be available for purchase with cash only.
The Sacramento Banana Festival will take place for two days on August 16 & 17, 2025 in Land Park. The Banana Festival is a multicultural family-friendly festival where countries are celebrated that grow bananas. There will be a kids' zone with banana-themed activities, reptile meet & greets, hands-on art activities, a kids' inflatable obstacle course, food featuring bananas, live music, contests and more!
