Southgate’s Jose P. Rizal Community Center will turn into a Halloween Carnival & Haunted House on Friday, October 31, 2025. The Halloween carnival will have games with candy prizes. There will be a candy walk, as well as arts and crafts. A family-friendly Halloween movie will also be playing. Older kids can enjoy the Haunted House, and there will be a designated scare-free zone for younger children.

Admission costs are below:

$5 for kids ages 16 and under
Free carnival for adults
$2 unlimited Haunted House visits
