The largest Earth Day celebration in Sacramento takes place on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Southside Park. This is a free, family-friendly festival with over 100 vendors around the sustainability theme of, “Plan it for the Planet.”

Sacramento Earth Day takes place from 11am to 4pm. A list of vendors that will be at the Sacramento Earth Day celebration can be viewed here. There will also be musicians and food vendors.

SacRT will be providing free transit to the event. To receive free transit, show the driver the Free Rides Flyer on this website. There will also be a free bike valet provided by SABA (Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates).
