PSVRR: BBQ Express Memorial Day Weekend

$19 – $40Climb aboard the Placerville & Sacramento Valley Railroad (PSVRR) for a Memorial Day BBQ train ride from Oak Station to Willow Springs in Folsom on Saturday, May 24, 2025.
A short and scenic train ride will take passengers to Willow Creek where a BBQ will be served. Food will include:
- BBQ chicken
- Pork ribs
- Potato and macaroni salad
- Coleslaw
- Beer will also be available for purchase for adults
The rail trip will take a total of approximately 90 minutes. Each motorcar departs the station every 30 minutes. Families are welcome to stay as long as they like when reaching Willow Springs.
Children ages 3 and under are free. Select “Lap Child” at the checkout. All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Tickets will not be sold in-person at the station nor the event.
The PSVRR boarding location is next to Family Fitness at 700 Oak Pkwy in Folsom. Parking is in the Family Fitness parking lot (on the side facing the tracks).
