Owl Release and Picnic

$15Heringer Estates and the Wildlife Care Association of Sacramento will have a family-friendly Owl Release and Picnic on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Relax in Marjorie’s Garden with food and drinks while the evening culminates into the release of a rehabilitated owl into the wild.
The owl will be released at dusk around 8-8:30pm.
Bring blankets or lawn chairs to the event for family fun. Sustainable farming will also be celebrated. Outside food is allowed, but food will also be available for purchase at the vineyard from Hot Dogger and Sips & Floss. Wine slushies will be available for adults.
Ticket proceeds will be donated to the Wildlife Care Association of Sacramento. Wildlife Care representatives will also be on-site with critter friends.
Tickets for the event must be purchased in advance. Prices are below:

- $8 Children (12 and under)
- Free for ages 2 and under
