Great American River Clean-Up (GARCU)

The Great American River Clean-Up (GARCU) takes place on Saturday, September 20, 2025. There will be over 20 American River Parkway locations for clean-up spots. Note that some clean-up spots do have age restrictions, but most are all ages welcoming kids and Boy Scout or Girl Scout troops to participate.

The clean-up locations can be viewed here. This is a free event, but registration is required.

Participating volunteers will also receive a 10% discount at the GARCU After Party at Movement Brewery or Touchstone Brewery on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 12pm to close.
