2025 ‘Girls in Aviation Day’ (Event Full)

Girls in Aviation Day will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Hangar 6 at Mather Airport. The California Capital Airshow invites girls interested in learning about opportunities in aviation. Attendees will be able to hear a speaker’s panel and participate in interactive STEM and aviation activities.

While this event is free, space is limited and pre-registration is required. This event is only for students and parents must drop-off students.

Schedule of events:

• 10:30am – Gates open; Parents drop students off
• 11am – Interactive STEM & Aviation Panel begins (Lunch will be provided)
• 1pm – Hands-on STEM and aircraft activities
• 3pm – Gates close; Parents pick up students
