California Biodiversity Day and BioBlitz

FreeCelebrate California Biodiversity Week with a free family-friendly kickoff event on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Camp Pollock in Sacramento. There will be kid-friendly activities at partner booths. Pick up a Nature Bingo Card from the Fish & Wildlife table and explore the property and interpretive signs along a Water Education Walking Tour.
A schedule of events is below:
- 9-9:45am Welcome and Introduction to partners and activity booths
- 9:45-11:30am Split off for BioBlitz, Volunteer Project, and Solo Exploration Groups
- 11:30am-12pm Debrief, Booths, Clean Up, Thank Yous
