DESCRIPTION:The California Mermaid Convention swims into Rancho Cordova with children’s activities taking place on Saturday and Sunday\, May 16 & 17\, 2026\, each day from 10am to 4pm. This is a family-friendly event that includes specific children’s programming such as kids swimming with mermaids\, and participating in land-based games and treasure hunts. \nChildren’s activities are included with a Main Entry (Children’s & Parent) ticket which includes admission for one child and one adult. Additional adults have to purchase a Landlubber (spectator) ticket in order to attend. \nChildren’s programming at the California Mermaid Convention in 2026 will include: \n\nChildren’s swim with a mermaid entertainer each hour in a zero-depth entry pool\nChildren’s swim classes\nTreasure hunts and games in the Atlantis Play Area
